It’s Our Policy to Welcome New Patients
At Randall Dentistry, we truly believe that it is important to know your goals for your oral health before we ever begin to recommend any type of treatment. To establish those goals, Dr. Randall likes to sit down with you for an interview to see what your goals are, what you have had in the past in regards to dental care, what you would like in the future, and to explain about our practice philosophy.
After this initial interview, and with your permission, Dr. Randall will perform a comprehensive examination to establish your level of dental health. After this initial exam, Dr. Randall will then invite you back to review all of his findings and then co-create a plan that will help you obtain your dental goals.
Dr. Randall feels that the only way to work together to achieve the results you want, is to create a plan that will address your needs and goals. The first appointment usually will last around 90 minutes.
Randall Dentistry Believes in 3 Core Principals:
- Patients want the least amount of dentistry in their life time, not the most.
- Patients want freedom in relation to their dental health.
- When patients are giving the proper information in the right environment, they will make the best choices for their health.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable. A list of medications you are presently taking. If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting.
Due to the fact Dr. Randall provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
